🕒 Return Window: 7 Days From Delivery
All eligible items can be returned within 7 days of the package being marked as delivered. This window ensures that any issues are addressed promptly, and helps our team and our manufacturers maintain a high level of service and product quality.
Important: Returns requested after 7 days of confirmed delivery may not be eligible, so be sure to inspect your items as soon as they arrive.
🚫 What Items Are Non-Returnable?
While most products at TechMart are returnable, there are a few exceptions:

Gift Cards – Digital or physical TechMart gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping Protection – If you’ve added shipping protection to your order, please note that this is non-refundable.

📦 Packaging: Original Preferred, But Not Required
We always recommend keeping your item’s original packaging during the 7-day return window. This can make the return process faster and may help protect the item in transit.
However, we understand that packaging can sometimes be discarded or damaged. If the original box is no longer available, you can still return the item using any clean, secure packaging that will keep the product safe during shipping.
Remember: Products must be returned in unused and resellable condition unless you’re returning them due to a defect or damage.

We recommend starting your return by reaching out directly to the product’s manufacturer. Most of them have a streamlined return process and are ready to help you.
Step 2: Can’t Reach the Manufacturer? We’ve Got You.
If you’re unable to find the manufacturer’s contact details, or if they are unresponsive, our support team is here to help. We’ll either:

Guide you on how to get in touch with the correct manufacturer,

Or assist with coordinating the return ourselves, if needed.
💰 Return Shipping & Possible Fees
The cost of return shipping and any applicable fees will depend on the manufacturer’s individual return policy.
Some manufacturers offer free returns, while others may charge:

A return shipping fee, based on location or product size.

A restocking fee, usually applied to items that have been opened or used.

💳 Refunds Only — No Exchanges
At this time, TechMart only offers refunds for eligible returned items. We do not process product exchanges or offer store credit.
Once a return is approved and received by the manufacturer, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
